Marius Eiken Sommerfelt has over 15 years of experience as a leader and strategy consultant, with a broad background in business design, innovation, digitalization, and strategy implementation. He is currently Director at Sprint Consulting and has previously held leadership roles at EY, Utleiemegleren, and Wilhelmsen Ships Service. Marius holds a degree in Economics from Heriot-Watt University and an MSc in International Finance from SKEMA Business School, and he also completed military leadership training at the Infantry Officer School in Trøndelag.
Nichlas Andre Jægersen

Nichlas Andre Jægersen is a consultant at Sprint Consulting and holds a degree in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He previously completed an internship at Orkla ASA, and his work focuses on tool analysis, digitalization, and the implementation of strategic solutions for leaders and teams. Nichlas is also an active voice on topics such as strategy and tool selection, helping organizations turn insights into action.
