Before joining Jotun as CEO in 2021, he served as CEO of Elkem and held senior leadership roles at Yara International and Alcoa. Throughout his career, he has led global organizations in complex and highly competitive markets, with responsibility for strategic direction, operational execution, and culture building. He is particularly focused on how clear strategy, strong values, and a deliberate culture create sustainable competitive advantage and long-term growth.

Chris Hovde
Senior Manager, Leadership, Team, and Culture Development
Chris Hovde has a broad business background in leadership and HR roles across retail, healthcare, telecom, and energy, holding key positions at IKEA, Telia, and Aker BP, as well as serving as CEO of Balderklinikken in Oslo. At Telia, he led corporate culture and leadership development, including HR, sustainability, diversity, and inclusion. He recently transitioned to focus fully on his own company, A Regenerative Future, where he is also the host of the podcast of the same name. Chris works at the intersection of leadership, culture, and technology, with a particular focus on helping organizations develop regenerative practices that drive both human growth and sustainable results. He combines strategic insight with practical tools and approaches that make complex organizational change actionable and tangible.

Ingunn has more than 25 years of experience in leadership and culture development across both the public and private sectors. Trained as a social anthropologist, she specializes in understanding how values, language, and relationships shape collaboration, leadership, and organizational culture. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with large organizations in transition, combining anthropological insight with modern development methodologies such as the Barrett Values Model, ORSC, and The Leadership Circle.
