The Challenge
Before implementing BlueJam, Mestergruppen’s strategy work was largely fragmented and manual, with documents scattered across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This made it difficult to maintain an overview of progress, initiatives, and results, and strategy meetings often focused more on updating documents than on making real strategic decisions. Another challenge was creating shared ownership of the strategy across business areas and leadership teams, which made it difficult to engage the entire organization.
