BlueJam Inc, the Data Processor, may use the following subprocessors, either directly or through its affiliate subprocessor, TeamUp2 AS. This Subprocessor List is incorporated by reference into the applicable Data Processing Agreement and may be updated from time to time in accordance with the notice and objection procedure set out in that agreement.

Notices

Reviews: All subprocessors are reviewed annually to confirm ongoing compliance with GDPR and security requirements.
Encryption: All subprocessors are required to maintain encryption standards equivalent to BlueJam's core security policy.
Data Safeguards: BlueJam is designed to minimize personal data sent to AI providers. Data is limited to customer-provided strategy text and related content used for the enabled AI feature and is not used to train models.
Retention: Data sent to OpenAI may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse detection purposes.
Choice: Clients may opt out of functionality provided by subprocessors marked with an asterisk (*) by contacting support@bluejam.io.

Notice regarding updates

This page reflects BlueJam’s current subprocessor list and may be updated from time to time. Customers subject to an applicable Data Processing Agreement will be notified in advance of new subprocessors in accordance with the notice and objection procedure set out in the applicable agreement.
